Accreditation

The IPFDC is eligible for continuing education credits through:
  • American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
  • American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA)
  (Pending approval for Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education, Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and Illinois Early Intervention)   All other professional disciplines will receive a certificate of attendance to submit to their accrediting board.

Certificates

To download your certificate, please use the following directions. The system is currently open for those who viewed conference live. Certificates for the on-demand portion will become available Friday, June 3, 2022. Please note that if you watched both live and on-demand and need your certificate to include the number of hours, you will need to claim two certificates or wait until the on-demand certificates become available June 3. Current certificates are only available for up to 15 hours.

 
    • Open your web browser and go to: https://peerptlogin.com
    • Login:
    • Email: your email address
    • Password: Your First Name (case sensitive)
 
    • Select tab: ‘Videos/Surveys/Tests”
 
    • Click on: Click here to take survey (this will open Survey)
 
    • Complete your Survey and ‘Save’
 
    • Select Tab Print CME Certificates
 
    • Next to Conference description select: ‘Assign Credit Hours’
 
    • A window opens stating the maximum number of credit hours for this conference
 
    • If you attended entire conference, select maximum number of hours from dropdown
 
    • If you attended less than the entire conference, select the actual number of hours you attended from dropdown
 
    • Select: ‘Save Credit Hours’
 
    • Select: ‘View/Print’
 
  • Depending upon your device: either the CME Certificate PDF will download, or a window opens to download your CME Certificate then select ‘Save File’.

ASHA ACCREDITATION

Registrants Attending Pre-Con
Attendees of the pre-con event and all available sessions will receive up to 2.2 ASHA CEUs (Intermediate Level). Please note that pre-con has limited space and is only available live on April 20, 2022.

 

Registrants not Attending Pre-Con
Attendees who view all available sessions (live or on-demand) but do not attend pre-con will receive up to 1.9 ASHA CEUs (Intermediate Level).

 

How to get ASHA CEUs
Feeding Matters will submit your completion records to ASHA CE. Please note that reporting to ASHA CE will be submitted within 45 days after the closing of the on-demand sessions (closing date: May 31, 2022).

 

In order to be eligible for ASHA CEUs you must:

 

  • Attend the sessions in full as they are offered between April 20 (if participating in pre-conference) and May 31, 2022. This course is available for partial credit. You will receive credit for each session you attend.
  • Attendees must be present for the entire session to be eligible to apply for ASHA CEUs, and should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the sessions. Logging in late or logging out early will negate credit. Our streaming partner Streamgo will track attendance.
  • Complete the event survey. This survey is where you will be given the opportunity to include your ASHA I.D. and indicate whether you wish to receive ASHA CEU credit.

 

 

AOTA ACCREDITATION

Registrants Attending Pre-Con
Attendees of the pre-con event and all available sessions (live or on-demand) will receive up to 22.5 CEUs at the Intermediate Foundational Level. Please note that pre-con has limited space and is only available live on April 20, 2022.

 

Registrants Not Attending Pre-Con
Attendees who view all available sessions (live or on-demand) but do not attend pre-con will receive up to 19.5 CEUs at the Intermediate Foundational Level.

 

In order to be eligible for AOTA CEUs you must:

  • Attend the sessions in full as they are offered between April 20 (if participating in pre-conference) and May 31, 2022. This course is available for partial credit. You will receive credit for each session you attend.
  • Attendees must be present for the entire session to be eligible to apply for AOTA CEUs, and should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the sessions. Logging in late or logging out early will negate credit. Our streaming partner Streamgo will track attendance.
  • Complete the event survey.

Feeding Matters is an AOTA Approved Provider of professional development. PD activity approval ID# 0000003669. This distance learning-interactive activity is offered at up to 22.5 CEUs Intermediate Foundational Knowledge.

 

 

General Certificate

Attendees who do not qualify for accreditation through ASHA, AOTA, or ACCME will receive a certificate of attendance to submit to their accrediting board.
