MD or Group of MDs with routine office visits

Outpatient: Once a week or less (overnight stay not required)

Additional information:

Outpatient Services: co-evaluations of feeding/swallowing completed by Speech-Language Pathologist and Occupational Therapist; videofluoroscopic evaluations completed by the Speech-Language Pathologist and Radiologist; sensory-behavioral feeding therapy provided by the Occupational Therapist; swallowing therapy for oral, pharyngeal, or oropharyngeal dysphagia provided by the Speech-Language Pathologist; Pediatric Specialty Practice (ENT, GI, Registered Dietician, Pediatric Surgery) adjacent to hospital/outpatient clinic available for referral as appropriate. Inpatient Services: feeding/swallowing evaluations by the Speech-Language Pathologist, including videofluoroscopy as appropriate, for level II nursery and acute/subacute care infants and children referred by Pediatric Hospitalist, Neonatologist, Otoloaryngologist, or Gastroenterologist. Inpatient therapy as appropriate, with emphasis on parent/caregiver education, with outpatient follow-up as needed/indicted.
