Currently we are partnering with a natural-pathic doctor for allergy assessment, and other related concerns such as GI function related to its microbiome, nutrient absorption, and nutrient utilization for growth and development, and the effects of these in the child’s feeding and/or behavioral challenges, and GERD. The child’s pediatrician is also consulted with our concerns with this regard, or to assess and provide the lab tests, if he/she prefers. I’m certified in the administration of the SIPT and we implement a sensory foundational approach, using the SOS program, in our feeding therapy. I’ve also completed the 8 Week training in NDT for Pediatrics, and the 3 Week Intensive for Baby Treatment in NDT. (NDT is Neurodevelopmental Treatment). My experience in feeding therapy encompasses NICU Feedings, and outpatient treatment with children on the Autism Spectrum, cardiac issues, Down’s, Dysphagia, and Touch and Taste Sensory aversions. I’ve taken certification programs on gut health.
