The biennial conference has grown exponentially in the past years, propelling Feeding Matters forward as the leader in providing education for the evaluation and treatment of children suffering from this complex issue. The 6th International Pediatric Feeding Disorders Conference (IPFDC), to be held January 17-19, 2019 at the Renaissance Phoenix Glendale Hotel & Spa, will include sessions with over 20 internationally renowned feeding experts and a poster session focusing on the latest in feeding trends and research. In 2017, attendees represented 45 states and 13 countries.
This conference has been endorsed by the North American Society for Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition. Common IPFDC attendees include allergists, behavior analysts, dietitians, gastroenterologists, neonatologists, nurses, occupational therapists, pediatricians, pulmonologists, psychologists, speech and language pathologists, and students. Feeding Matters is in the process of applying for accreditation from a few different associations and, once approved, these accreditation's will be listed below.
