Summary

After the age of 2 years old, Moti stopped eating all baby food, solid food, and snacks he preferred to eat. He only ate vanilla wafers for all meals and would drink 4-5 bottles of milk. He started throwing food during feeding therapy so we stopped it. He had a dental abscess and cavities from the vanilla wafers and drinking from a bottle and needed major dental surgery. His eating has gotten better but he is still not able to drink from a cup, only a bottle. I am trying to add fruits and making smoothies with vitamins to help him. I wish more programs were offered for feeding in home or at a center. It was very hard to find something for Moti.

What having coverage could mean

Moti receiving the help he needs to improve his eating and drinking would mean a lot. He is going into 3rd grade and would benefit from learning to drink from a cup and be able to eat more nutrient rich foods.
