Recommended because:
Talk about one power packed beverage! Just over 1000 calories in each 16 ounce glass.
Ingredients:
1/3 14 ounce can Thai Kitchen Premium Coconut Milk
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/3 14 ounce can regular coconut milk
1 banana, chilled
1 Tbsp frozen pineapple juice concentrate (melted)
1 Tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate (melted)
1/16 tsp xanthan gum
Directions:
Blend in blender till smooth and pour into glass.
Chill 1 hour or so.
It’s a bit thin at first but will thicken enough to use a spoon when using xanthan.
You can also add 2 Tbsp of oil to add another 240 calories.
