Dairy Free Everyday Blend

Recommended because:
This recipe has helped my daughter tremendously. Once I removed dairy from her blends and used this recipe almost all vomiting has stopped.

Ingredients:

1/2 Avocado
2oz coconut milk
2oz ripple dairy free milk
1 Whole fruit chopped up ( apples, pears, plums, etc.)
1 cup of veggies ( kale, squash, broccoli, carrots, etc.)
1-2 oz of protein ( chicken breast, hard boiled egg, fish, nut butter, black beans, etc.)
1 Tbsp of ground flax seeds
2 Tbsp of oil ( hemp, Avocado, olive, coconut, fish)
1 Tbsp of blackstrap molasses
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

Directions:

Add liquids first to blender then fruits, veggies, and proteins.

I alternate fruits, veggies, and proteins daily and try my best to pick foods that go together when combining. I also add grains on occasion. I am still working on grains and trying to figure out what my daughter tolerates.
