Why buy rice milk when you can make it yourself! Great alternative if you are allergic to soy and dairy.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup hot cooked rice
2 cups hot water
1/2 Tbsp oil
1/2 Tbsp sugar (optional)
Directions:
Put all ingredients into a blender for 5 minutes or until smooth.
Strain through cheesecloth or coffee strainer. Store in refrigerator.
