Basic Homemade Pancakes

Recommended because:
Great tasting pancakes without egg or dairy.

Ingredients:

1 cup flour
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup coconut milk
2 tablespoons sunflower oil
1 tablespoon flax seeds mixed with 3 tablespoons water (stir and let sit for 10 minutes)
1 tablespoon oil (for pan)
