Tiny Talkers Speech, Language & Feeding Therapy offers comprehensive assessment and treatment of a range of paediatric feeding and communication difficulties in the Wellington region and New-Zealand wide via Telehealth. We see a range of diagnosis including (but not limited to!): • Feeding or swallowing difficulties secondary to prematurity, tongue tie, reflux, laryngomalacia etc. • Delayed oral motor skills, poor chewing, spitting or gagging on solids • Choking, coughing, gagging or stridor with feeding • Anatomical difficulties such as cleft lip or palate, micrognathia or retrognathia (small or recessed jaw) • Feeding difficulties secondary to medical conditions or genetic syndromes (Down syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, stroke etc.) • Significant picky eating, ARFID, other behavioural or sensory feeding difficulties • Stressful feeding or mealtimes • Feeding tube dependence, tube weaning • Speech sound disorders, language delay, stuttering, voice disorders
