Additional information:

Feeding difficulties in babies and children are more common that one might think and can occur for a variety of reasons. This can be frustrating for both the child and family. For this reason, Pediatric Therapies of Southeast Georgia offers caregiver centered evaluation and treatment of oral-motor and feeding difficulties. We work with children and their families from infancy through age 18. Our feeding program is led by Karen Parks, an occupational therapist with 26 years of feeding and swallowing experience. Our occupational and speech therapists work together to help children and their families achieve their individual feeding goals. As a result, we strive to make feeding as fun, safe and effective as possible. Our clinic has three offices located in Southeast Georgia, one in Brunswick, one in Kingsland and one in Alma. Therefore, we are able to offer more convenient options for families in rural communities. We provide occupational, physical and speech therapy services to address a wide variety of developmental needs as well.
