Additional information:

At the Paediatric Dietitian Clinic, we provide medical nutrition and feeding therapy solutions for children all over Australia who have complex feeding, eating and developmental disorders. In particular, we specialize in children with highly complex cases of Paediatric Feeding Disorder (PFD) or Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID).., that are combined with neurodevelopmental or other psychiatric disorders.., and which often involve gastrointestinal issues. We coordinate with many other local therapists (e.g. child psychs, OTs, speech therapists) all around Australia, wherever our client families are located. Most children in our clinic have significant annual budget support from the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) in Australia. All consults are with parents/carers, by phone. We provide advanced support with nutrition supplements, formulae, functional foods, modified whole foods and much longer term play-based feeding therapy processes (e.g. SOS, food gardens, nature play, music, art and story for supporting feeding therapy). Our practice owner is also leading a nationwide clinical nutrition (PhD) research project in gut-microbiome-brain interventions for children with complex paediatric feeding and developmental disorders.
