Additional information:

The mission of High Hopes is to equip children and youth with the skills necessary to achieve success through education, rehabilitation, and loving support. With over 14 years average of specialized pediatric experience, our therapists are trained to evaluate clients and establish individualized goal-oriented therapy programs or work with existing IEPs and/or IFSPs for your child. High Hopes therapists work in conjunction with primary care physicians and/or specialists, as well as primary caregivers and teachers to develop a comprehensive therapy plan with measurable goals. These plans and goals are regularly reviewed to ensure we are still meeting the most immediate need of the child and the family. High Hopes supports the entire family, not simply the children receiving therapy. The High Hopes Feeding team has experience and expertise with a variety of diagnoses including Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, neurological disorders, seizure disorders, Rett syndrome, Williams syndrome, sensory processing disorders, as well as medially fragile children.
