Being a dietitian AND chef sets me apart as I am able to provide practical culinary solutions for families as well as nutrition specific information for each family member.I am a paediatric registered dietitian and professional trained chef and owner of For the LOVE of FOOD nutrition and culinary practice. Being a dietitian AND chef, I understand the importance of understanding the basics of meal prep, planning and cooking to feed families. I love working together to help you and your family get excited about food! My approach is to meet you where you are at to work together towards personalized healthy lifestyle goals.
I currently see patients for:
  • Infant nutrition (introduction of solids, constipation, diarrhea, failure to thrive)

  • Food allergies and intolerances including (Oral allergy syndrome, FPIES, and FPIAP)
