Refund Policy
The 2025 International Pediatric Feeding Disorder Conference will be held live February 21-22, 2025 and available on-demand March 1-April 30, 2025. If you need to cancel your registration, whether for the in-person event or the virtual on-demand, we must have your request in writing. Please send all cancellation requests to conference@feedingmatters.org. All cancellations and refunds will be processed in the same manner as original payment.
Cancellation requests for in-person registrations received before January 1, 2025 will be refunded. Cancellation requests will not be accepted after January 1, 2025. Cancellation requests for virtual-only registrations received before February 1, 2025 will be refunded prior to the conference. Any cancellation request received between February 2-March 31, 2025 will be refunded after the on-demand offering closes, less a $35 fee. The cancellation fee is a processing fee and cannot be waived. Cancellations after April 1, 2025 will not be accepted. Remember, cancelling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel reservation. If you need to cancel, be sure to follow the cancellation process for both registration and hotel reservations individually. You will be responsible for directly contacting the hotel yourself to cancel your reservation. Feeding Matters is not responsible for any costs incurred regarding this matter.
