Events Benefiting Feeding Matters

From corporate philanthropy to community celebrations, third party events are opportunities to use your passion and creativity to support Feeding Matters and help create a world in which children with pediatric feeding disorder (PFD) will thrive.

Feeding Matters’ Commitment

  • Provide our logo to be used in promotional materials

  • Provide an endorsement letter

  • Produce acknowledgment letters to individual donors if the gifts are made directly to Feeding Matters

  • Provide proof of our nonprofit status so that you may solicit support from businesses and individuals

  • Provide Feeding Matters brochures and other collateral

Your Commitment

  • Complete the Third Party Event Fundraising Application

  • Pay all costs and expenses associated with the event

  • Secure any licenses, permits, and registrations associated with the event

  • Have a certificate of liability insurance with Feeding Matters as an additional insured

  • Plan and execute the event, including all logistics, set-up, marketing, and staffing

  • You will not require Feeding Matters constituents to provide their personal information.

Feeding Matters Is Unable To:

  • Provide insurance coverage
  • Provide donor or vendor mailing lists
  • Provide funding or reimbursement for expenses
  • Provide publicity: newspaper, radio, TV coverage, etc.
  • Provide the Feeding Matters letterhead
  • Ensure attendance at the event
  • Sales tax exempt purchaser information
