Events Benefiting Feeding Matters

Feeding Matters’ Gatherings for Good program—is an initiative designed to empower our passionate supporters to host small, mission-driven, impactful events.

Through gatherings such as private dinners, and networking mixers, you have the opportunity to bring people together, share the incredible work of Feeding Matters and inspire new supporters to join our cause. Whether you’re raising funds, building awareness, or fostering deeper connections, Gatherings for Good makes it easy to turn any event into a force for change.

Feeding Matters’ Commitments

  • Provide our logo to be used in promotional materials

  • Produce acknowledgment letters to individual donors if the gifts are made directly to Feeding Matters

  • Provide proof of our nonprofit status so that you may solicit support from businesses and individuals

  • Provide Feeding Matters brochures and other collateral

Your Commitment

  • Complete the Gatherings for Good interest form
  • Pay all costs and expenses associated with the event
  • Secure any licenses, permits, and registrations associated with the event
  • Have a certificate of liability insurance with Feeding Matters as an additional insured
  • Plan and execute the event, including all logistics, set-up, marketing, and staffing
  • You will not require Feeding Matters constituents to provide their personal information

While we are deeply grateful for your partnership and support, there are a few areas where Feeding Matters is not able to provide assistance:

  • We are not able to offer insurance coverage.

  • We do not share donor or vendor mailing lists to protect privacy.

  • We are unable to provide funding or reimbursement for expenses.

  • Publicity support such as newspaper, radio, or TV coverage cannot be guaranteed.

  • Use of the Feeding Matters letterhead is reserved for official communications only.

  • We cannot provide sales tax-exempt purchaser information.
  • Thank you for understanding and for helping us protect the integrity and sustainability of our work.
