What is your refund policy?
The 2025 International Pediatric Feeding Disorder Conference will be held live in-person February 21-22, 2025 and will be available on-demand March 1-April 30, 2025. If you need to cancel your registration, we must have your request in writing. Please send all cancellation requests to conference@feedingmatters.org. All cancellations and refunds will be processed in the same manner as original payment.
Cancellation requests for registrations received before January 1, 2025 will be refunded. Cancellation requests will be accepted after January 1, 2025, less a $35 fee. The cancellation fee is a processing fee and cannot be waived. Remember, cancelling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel reservation. If you need to cancel, be sure to follow the cancellation process for both registration and hotel reservations individually. You will be responsible for directly contacting the hotel yourself to cancel your reservation. Feeding Matters is not responsible for any costs incurred regarding this matter.
What if the IPFDC is cancelled?
In the unlikely event Feeding Matters must cancel or postpone this conference, Feeding Matters will refund the registration fee, but is not responsible for any related costs, charges, or expenses.
I need special accommodations, what do I do?

I’m not a healthcare provider, is this conference for me?
Yes! Our conference is tailored to both families and professionals. Our planning committee included parents and providers who ensure the inclusion of sessions to help caretakers better understand the complex nature of pediatric feeding disorder, how to collaborate with providers, questions to ask and knowledge gained is instrumental is building the confidence needed to guide a child with PFD. As an added support this year caregivers will see a family learning objective for each session offered.
What is your Non-Discrimination Policy?
All presenters agree to demonstrate high standards of professional conduct and will not discriminate against learners on the basis of gender, race, religion, color, sex, age, national origin, physical or mental disability, genetic predisposition or any other status protected by applicated federal, state, or local law. This policy applies to all terms, conditions and privileges of being an instructor for a Feeding Matters PD activity. All instructors are responsible for helping to provide a discrimination-free environment. All complaints will be investigated and will be kept confidential to the extent possible. Anyone who violates this policy will be released from presenting at the PD activity.
