Nikita is a Speech-Language Pathologist at KidPro in Nashville, Tennessee who approaches her work with warmth, curiosity, and a genuine appreciation for the kids and families she supports. She values building trusting relationships and aims to create a space where families feel informed, comfortable, and supported in understanding and advocating for their child’s needs. Helping kids grow, explore, and discover new skills in ways that feel natural and encouraging is something she’s grateful to be part of every day. She recently transitioned to an ABA clinic, where the clinic’s broader focus is on supporting school readiness. She enjoys being part of a collaborative team and appreciates how much stronger care becomes when everyone works together. Outside of work, Nikita is happiest traveling with family and friends, trying out new dishes in the kitchen, and soaking up time outdoors. Recently married, she cherishes time with the people who make her laugh the most and loves finding joy in everyday little moments.
